Yakuza is one of the oldest established criminal organizations in San Andreas. Founded by individuals of Japanese crime heritage, commonly known as GreenDevil. Yakuza works as an organized crime syndicate in sectors of drug and arms distribution, protection, and gambling enterprises. Traits of Yakuza members are loyalty above all and set of skills necessary for an organization. Modern-day San Andreas Yakuza is reformed and changed. Asian origin is not anymore the backbone of the organization as it opens to other nationalities and races but Asian heritage and tradition remain as the base of its conduct.

Yakuza in San Andreas
Was established in the early days of golden days in cities Los Santos, San Fiero, and Las Venturas. Few Japanese criminals arrived at Las Venturas to complete certain jobs for their Oyabun. Upon seeing the full potential of Las Venturas, Organization decided to establish local operations in that city. Through years Yakuza grow rapidly and grew into other cities of the region such as San Fiero and Los Santos. On its peak, Yakuza was the biggest organized crime establishments in the whole San Andreas region. The business changed through the time from arms dealing, to drug dealing, but the base of operations always remained their legitimate gambling operations. To ensure its survival, Yakuza had to make connections both with other gangs as well as with certain police departments that protected their businesses. This eventually brought problems to Yakuza as gang wars started in San Andreas. Sometime after the golden age of Yakuza, their leader GreenDevil disappeared, and his status is unknown to this day. Different stories circle his disappearance but rumors spread that he was betrayed by one of Yakuzas allied gangs. After that several leaders took his position, but due to changes in world and situation in cities Yakuza never managed to bring back its glory days and eventually sore up to small local organizations.

Modern days San Andreas Yakuza
Years after the fall of the local Yakuza organization, Head Obayun of the whole Yakuza started to grow interested in the region of San Andreas once more. But the big question was, who should be sent there to salvage what is left of Yakuza and bring itself back to its glory. Surprisingly Obayun chooses different approach and sent Kaikei into Las Venturas to check the current situation of the organization. Everyone back home was surprised by this decision and question Obayun's decision and the man who he sent was a White man of unknown origin who served Yakuza up to thein mainly as administration. With him, he sent small numbers of enforcers and administration staff to help him in his job. The name of that Kaikei was .

Even more unexpected crew that was sent to San Andreas did something completely unexpected and killed off a big portion of the local Yakuza family for their incompetence. Further reorganization commenced, and many of its former allies and enemies were dispersed. Upon finishing the restructuration crew headed back home to Japan, but it was soon diverted to stay in Las Venturas and continue to lead the local organizations as a reward for their well done conduct. New local leadership became even more ruthless and soon Yakuza in San Andreas indeed started to grow back to its glory once again. Soon after that their Leader took name and mantle of Yakuzas long lost Leader GreenDevil. The new Leader was completely opposite of man whose name he took, other than being white, he had a fully different approach to running an organization, didn't expose his name and his legal coverup and in the same time, he and his crew ruled one of bigger criminal organizations in the region. As it was expected white leader of Yakuza began some talks and rebellions in the organization, but that rebellion was soon stopped as Yakuza in San Andreas started its restructuration. To become a member of Yakuza you no longer needed to be of Japanese origin, this opened organization to a new pool of talents that can be recruited and used for its purposes. In the same time Tradition, codes, and conducts remained the same as in the main traditional Yakuza organization.

Familly management:

Oyabun ( Familly leader )

In charge of whole Yakuza operations. Rarely show on the field, but when he does it must be something of big importance. Surrounded by his trusted crew he makes all of the decisions with them about the future of Yakuza.

Saiko-komon ( Administrative role )

Second-Hand of Oyabun. Helps to lead the family and is in charge of the whole administrative part of Yakuza.

Shingiin ( Lawyer) Administrative role,

In charge of all legal works of organization, but also participate in all other activities within.

Kaikei ( Accountant ) Administrative role,

in charge of all financial works of organization, but also participate in all other activities within.

Wakagashira ( First lieutenant )

Middle management of the Yakuza organization. In charge of all lieutenants in Yakuza as well as in charge of all operations run by them.

Shateigashira ( Second lieutenant )

Middle management of the Yakuza organization. He reports directly to Wakagashira. He is in charge of his personal squad of enforcers which consist of 3-9 people.
Which consist of 1-3 Kyodai and 2-6 Shatei.

Enforcers:

Kyodai (Big brother), Senior enforcer.

In charge of 2 Shatei which he can recruit and put under his wing. He does jobs that are necessary for the prosperity of the organization.

Shatei(little brother) Junior enforcer.

He is an underling of organization, but still a crucial part of it. He runes in the squad with his superior Kyodai under orders of Shatejgashira.

There are 2 distinct ways to get recruited in Yakuza

1. Direct recruitment as Shatei. Shateis can be directly recruited into the organization by Kyodai who swore to take care and charge of them. You can be spotted by Kyodai with authority to recruit you if you show worthy for the organization. Alternatively, Shatei can also be recruited by the official recruitment process, and in this case, will be assigned to one of Kyodai by management. If you are recruited through direct recruitment, you have 24 hours to deliver your Roleplay bio to Yakuza discord. Shatei have limited access to the organization and need to prove themself to become a full right member.

2. Official Recruitment process. You need to fill out the form for the position you desired in the Yakuza organization. You can apply to any position in Yakuza other than Obayun. But note that managemental positions are reserved for distinguished and proven individuals and are limited by number. Furthermore, if we deem you not suited for the position upon reviewing your official application. You will be suspended from applying to any position in Yakuza for 1 week, and applying for the position you applied or similar for 2 weeks. At that time you can still be recruited into the position of Shatei by direct recruitment.
